Room Available - CF Professionals - $866
Hi! Our beloved housemate is headed off to grad school. We're looking for another awesome woman to complete our home!
The House:
3 bed, 2.5 bath. Beautiful, updated row house with front and back porch. Plenty of free parking. Neighborhood is a mix of families and group houses like ours. Easy access to the 62, 63, 70, and 79 bus lines. Georgia Ave/Petworth metro station. The landlord is awesome (seriously, how often do you hear that?). We love it here!
Rent + Dates
Rent is $866. Utilities range from $50-$100 depending on the time of year. Preferred move-in date is August 5th.
About Us:
Two female professionals in our late 20s. Before the pandemic, we loved hosting movie nights, chilling on our porch with a bottle of wine, and having people over for brunch. These days, we stay home and try to find ways to still have fun and laugh. Due to COVID-19, we both work from home, but we've found ways to each have our own "office" space. Our house culture is fun, social justice-oriented, and friendly!
About You:
You love Jesus and are friendly, considerate, and neat/clean. You are at least 23 years old. You would like to live here for at least a year.
