Located just steps from Lincoln Park, this English-basement apartment features bay windows in front, high ceilings, a lovely kitchen, and a sunny living room.  The apartment is spacious: 800 sq ft.  Rent is $1,200 per month including all utilities, internet, and Fios TV.  The apartment is unfurnished and available beginning September 1, 2020.

    My name is Jacqueline Lane, I just moved from California,  right before COVID, so I am new to DC. I saw your ad on facebook, I am really interested in having a tour of the apartment. I am a 24-year old young professional who works downtown on K St. I am going to be going to law school part-time.

    Since I will be so busy, in my downtime I enjoy hanging out with my friends and seeing new places in DC.
