Looking for 1 female roommate to move in mid-July for a Capitol Hill brownstone!
About the place:
The brownstone is located in Capitol Hill. It's located half-way between the Capitol South Metro (blue, silver, and orange lines) and Union Station (red line). It is also such a short walk to Eastern Market. There is a Whole Foods and Trader Joes (if you know, you know ) nearby as well. The brownstone is two-story, with 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms.
About the room:
This is 1 of 3 bedrooms in the place. The room is located right next to the bathroom. It also has a balcony with two rocking chairs.
Potential Roommates:
Delanie and Becca!!!!! We are 21 and 22 y/o both working full time in DC (would prefer to be with roommates closer to our post-grad age/lifestyle)! Our schedules are pretty different in the Q, but we keep busy, typically work all day and chill at night! We are looking for a roommate who will also be our friend! Mostly just a girl who is laidback, kind, goofy, and willing to have people over for dinner and drinks! Nothing too crazy, but someone who is sweet and considerate. We are happy to set up a tour of the house or a facetime to get to know you better too!
