Furnished Room Available in Ballston/Falls Church
Room available in cute home in Ballston/Falls Church. Not located on a metro but close to a bus station if needed. Driveway and plenty of street parking available.
Hi all!
We’re looking for a female roommate to join us starting immediately. We’re four girls (five with you!) and a very sweet cat in an antique home in the Ballston/Falls Church area. See pictures below (decorations vary a bit).
Other perks:
-Wood floors, lots of natural light, exposed brick
-Screen porch, finished basement
-Grassy backyard with a grill and fire pit
-The most kind, respectful roommates
-Quiet neighborhood *and* located near many businesses
-Walking distance to several grocery stores, some great restaurants, and a German bakery.
-Easy access to I-66 and the bus stop is a block away
Rent is $790/month plus utilities.
