Capitol Hill Room Available Immediately for CF - $966 a month
We have a room available immediately for a CF in our lovely rowhouse! The monthly rent is $966, not including utilities.
The house is right by the bustling H Street Corridor. It's a 15-minute walk to both Union Station and Eastern Market, and there are multiple bus stops and bike shares nearby. There is also street parking available if you have a car. Whole Foods, Giant, and Trader Joes are all within walking distance as well.
The open room is spacious and sunny and has its own closet. The home (minus the open room) is fully furnished. It has hardwood floors, a spacious kitchen with everything you'd need, even a yard with a picnic table.
The house is shared by 3 other professional women in their mid-to-late twenties. We all have busy lives, but we also love having roomie dinner nights, Netflix parties, and hosting guests! We're very easy-going. One former roommate's mom said that we are "very normal people," and honestly, what more of an endorsement do we need?
