CF Roommate Wanted for Beautiful NW Row House (August 1st, $1100)
We are seeking a CF roommate for our spacious rowhome located in NW DC. The house is just an 8-minute walk to U street metro and a 10-minute walk to Columbia Heights metro. The house is on a quiet street with friendly neighbors. Street parking is available for cars.
The house is 3 floors, 2 1/2 bathrooms, and 4 bedrooms. The bedroom available is on the second floor, spacious with great natural lighting and hardwood floor. Your bathroom will be shared with 2 others. Rent for this room will be $1100 per month plus utilities.
A little a bit about us: 3 Christian females looking for a 4th! We attend Grace Capital City church and are involved in the community there! We are between 25-29. Things we enjoy; baking, making cocktails, Hallmark movies, and occasional dinners together. We love having people over, whether that's a backyard bonfire or sharing a bottle of wine on the front porch.
About you: You are a woman in your mid to late twenties. You love Jesus and are considerate and kind. You keep a clean home. You are easy-going, mature, and friendly. A few non-negotiables: no drugs, smoking, boyfriends staying the night.
