CF needed in Mclean, rent $560 + utilities
A group of Christian ladies is looking for an additional roommate for our home in McLean, VA. We are laid back, easy going women with varying degrees of busyness. We belong to different church communities and have all lived in the house for different amounts of time from 6 months to 3 years. We are looking for a woman who wants a relaxed community environment. Our down-time is spent doing our own thing or hanging out with each other while watching tv or movies.
The house has a living room and kitchen on main floor and a second kitchen/living area in the basement. The second kitchen/refrigerator makes it easier for us all to store and prepare food. The house sits on a nice sized lot with a private driveway for parking. The room is on the main floor and shares a bathroom with one other roommate.
Rent is $560 + utilities (range $75-$175 depending on how the bills fall that month with the average per month being $90). First month’s rent and $596 security deposit needed upon moving in. Lease is for 1 year and then goes month to month.
The room is available August 1.
