Seeking CM roommate for 1 bedroom ($1100) in NE DC
CM bedroom for rent for $1100 in NE DC in a 2 bed 2 bath home with a finished basement and an enclosed front and back porch. The price includes utilities and parking. Lease starts July 1, but can be flexible. The bedroom is not furnished, but the rest of the house is furnished. The pictures above were taken before a new paint job and some updates throughout. Your room would be the one with the mirror/desk (which is gone!).
This house is in a quiet neighborhood with a large park across the street and easy access to the 44-mile W&OD bike trail. One of the assistant pastors of Grace DC lives just down the street with his wife and kids!
The house is located within .5 miles of a grocery store, 5 miles of a Costco, a 12-minute drive to Capitol Hill, and a 10-minute drive to Navy Yard. The closest metros are Benning Road (blue) and Minnesota Ave (orange).
