Ideal roommate is a single, full-time, female professional in her 20s or 30s.
- The room is 9'5" x 10'1"
- There is access to a full hallway bathroom, which comes with a tub
- Apt is located on the first floor with a large patio connected to the living room
- Great surrounding trails, walking paths, and nature
- Located 7min away from the Hilltop Wegmans, 10-15min away from the Kingstowne and Springfield Town Center areas, and 30min away from Potomac Yard and Old Town Alexandria
- Plenty of parking, which is free and just requires a sticker decal, with side-street parking available as well
- Visitor parking available in a separate area
Tenant responsible for trash, power, water, & internet. Prices per tenant:

Internet: $31.35
