Who we are: Young Christian married couple with a 1 ½ year old daughter. Jonathan works in IT management and Grace is a health instructor. We regularly attend McLean Bible’s Arlington campus.
Rent is $1100 a month, and a flat fee of $75 for all utilities (even includes Wifi Internet).

It is not a huge apartment at around 350 sq. ft, it is two main rooms (kitchen and large bedroom) plus the bathroom, but with the storage downstairs and in the wall built-ins, tenant will be able to make good use of the space.
