About the House:
3 bed, 2.5 bath. Beautiful, updated row house in Petworth with front porch and back deck! Plenty of free parking on the street. The neighborhood is a mix of families and group houses like ours. Easy access to the 62, 63, 70, and 79 bus lines. 16 minute walk to the Georgia/Petworth metro. The landlord is awesome (seriously, how often do you hear that?) and takes great care of the house. We love it here!
The utilities range from $60-$110 depending on the time of year. Utilities include internet, water, gas, and electricity.

About Us:
Two Christian females looking for a third! We’re both in our late 20s and like to think we’re the perfect combination of fun and chill. We love having people over for brunch and chilling on our back porch with a bottle of wine. We also like hosting themed movie nights. Once in a while, we spontaneously start dancing in the kitchen. But hey, we also have our serious sides. We work really hard at our jobs and tend to pull long hours during the week. When not hosting events, we’ve been known to fall asleep at 9pm.
About You:
You are a woman and at least 25 years old. You love Jesus and are friendly, thoughtful, and considerate. You keep the house neat and clean. You are responsible, mature, and a “real adult”. You are easy-going, drama-free, and would like to live here for at least 18 months.
