ISO CF Roommate to Share Beautiful Home in Foxhall Village
Hello! I am a professional Christian woman looking for a roommate beginning August 2020 (possibly available early July). Fully furnished common areas. New roommate would have the use of two rooms - a large bedroom (~ 12' x 14') and an additional small room (~7' x 9') which could be used as an office, guest area, dressing room, etc. Both rooms feature hardwood floors, built-in shelving, closet, and beautiful natural lighting.
The house is located close to the Key Bridge and Georgetown University Hospital. Plenty of space throughout home with additional attic and garage storage. Ample street parking. Very lovely, walkable neighborhood.
$1250/month plus utilities.
