Seeking CF roommate in row house near Stadium Armory. Super affordable rent, even better roommates!
We are looking for a housemate to occupy a cozy bedroom in our fantastic townhouse! The house has many wonderful characteristics, including very affordable rent.
About the house:
The house is in a convenient location just one block from the Stadium Armory metro (orange/blue lines). Major bus lines stop just outside the house and there is PLENTY of street parking for your car. Shared living spaces include a living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, basement with a washer and dryer, and front/back yards, including a garden. We have a lot of open spaces and we love it!

About us:
We are three grad students/professional women in our 20s/early30s with active lifestyles. We enjoy sharing good food and being hospitable. We like to keep the house clean but are super laid back. We're looking for someone who values community and is interested in living with women who love Jesus!
About the available room:
The room we are seeking to fill is one of three on the second floor. Large enough to hold a queen size bed and other furniture! It is heated and has its own closet. Super cozy during the winter.
