Searching for CF Roommate in Cozy Petworth Home
Hi there! We are Sarah, Jo, and Katie (and Ford, our majestic pup) and we are looking for a lovely fourth roommate to complete our home. The available room is in the basement and has a private bathroom and large, open multipurpose space with access to a separate kitchenette and back patio. Rent is $935.50 and move-in date is in August. Shared space is a large living room, dining room, and kitchen. On sunny days, you'll find us reading on the front or back porch or taking a hike in the greater DC area, and when it's raining, we love crossing a movie off our list-to-watch. We all are in our late 20's/early 30's. We love debriefing a long day over a glass of wine and would be excited for you to join us. We all attend different churches in DC.
