CF TO RENT BEDROOM (W/ SHARED BATH) IN HUGE TOWNHOME IN FAIRFAX, VA! $750/MO + UTILITIES
Rent: $750/month + ¼ of Utilities (avg. $100/month/person).
We are looking for a fun, easy-going, responsible Christian Female to help us continue creating a warm, grace-filled environment to come home to!
BEDROOM: You will have your own private bedroom (unfurnished) and shared upstairs bathroom. All living spaces are shared (HUGE kitchen, finished basement, huge living/dining room, outdoor patio).
BATHROOM: shared upstairs bathroom. There is a half-bath in the middle floor and a full bathroom in the basement.
PARKING: TONS of street parking, TONS of visitor parking, and a two-car garage/driveway.
RENTAL LEASE: 8/1/2020-6/30/2021. Must be prepared to pass credit check. $750 security deposit required at signing. Must be prepared to present confirmation of renter’s insurance.
NON-NEGOTIABLES: Please no smoking, pets, drug use, alcohol abuse, or overnight guests (except for family) and we will kindly do the same.
We are looking for another CF who is female, fully-employed (credit check required), likes to have fun, respectful of the property, clean and friendly. We would love to meet you virtually and give you a tour of the townhome! We are currently practicing social distancing.
