CF Roommate Needed in Arlington ($675/mo) - July/August

Looking for affordable rent in a fun and vibrant neighborhood that's close to everything you could want? We're two women in our 30s and we're looking for a new Christian female housemate beginning in July (preferable) or August.

We live in a cozy 3-bedroom townhouse located two short blocks from the Virginia Square Metro. Everything is in walking distance (Giant, Trader Joes, Northside Social, Ballston Quarter), so you don't need a car, but there is street parking available. You can walk to Clarendon and Ballston too (10min walk). 

ABOUT THE ROOM:
-Rent is $675/month, plus utilities (about $75-100/mo). The lowest you'll likely find in this area.
-It's located on the top floor of the house and shares a bathroom with one other female roommate.
-The unfurnished room is cozy and best fits a twin or full size bed, but has a big closet.  

ABOUT US:
We're two fun and easygoing Christian females in our 30s. Most of the time we stay pretty busy with work and all the things we love: staying active, playing sports, going out with friends (pre-COVID), and just enjoying our amazing location.
