Need: Lease takeover for Reston townhouse w/Christian roommate

Hi, I'm Chris. 

I need to move asap due to a family emergency. I have the master bedroom.  My roommate has the bedroom upstairs. We are both Christians. 

This Reston townhouse is VERY nice. 

  • Includes fire place, large balcony, skylight, granite/stone countertops 
  • Short 2 minute drive to Giant Grocery and Chic Fil Et 
  • Includes free parking 
  • Beautiful Reston neighborhood with lots of walking trails and parks 
  • Lease is for a year. 

The total rent is $2,100. My roommate pays $750.  So, you would pay $1,350, unless both of you decided to work out a separate arrangement for $1,000 each or another combination.  Utilities are minor.
