Large room for rent in 3 bd Petworth row house
Room in 3-bedroom row house available anytime (currently) in June/July for $1000 monthly
- Cozy AND spacious room (11.5x12.5 = 142 sq. ft.) available on top floor of beautiful Petworth row house
- Easily fits queen or king-sized bed
- Large double door closet with extra space for storage (scarce in DC!)
- Separate bathroom two steps across the hall w/ new shower, tile, and fixtures (shared w/one other tenant)
- 1 mile from metro w/ express bus one block from house
- Quiet, lovely neighborhood street
- Street parking
- New living room, large dining room table, and kitchen
- Front porch
- Shared electric, gas, water, Wi-Fi
House:
- 3br and 2.5 ba, lots of sunlight and shared space on the first floor
- All three bedrooms are on the second floor
- In-unit washer and dryer
- Utilities avg. ~$90/month, including Wi-Fi, electric, water, refuse
- Ample street parking
- Quiet, lovely neighborhood
- Easy access to Petworth/Georgia Ave NW Metro stop on green and yellow lines
- Walking score of 86!
- Quick walk to Safeway and coffee shops in the area
- There is also a Walmart superstore less than one mile away
- 20 min commute into the downtown area by metro
The two Housemates are young professional women with hectic schedules who work hard and like to relax, cook, and watch TV together occasionally. They are looking for a housemate who is clean and reasonably quiet.
