Spacious, English basement, on Cap Hill nr H street. Private entrance, includes an office & patio
On Capitol Hill, our beautiful English basement is a comfortable, convenient space. It's very spacious, fully furnished, including a bedroom, kitchen with dining table, full bathroom with shower, living room, office space and outdoor patio. The space has a private, separate entrance with keypad--ideal for your own privacy, and health. Normally, we rent this as an Airbnb; we're SuperHosts, and get great ratings, noting the cleanliness, location, quiet and peaceful setting. However, with the COVID situation, we've had tons of cancellations. So, our place is open from May 13 onwards.
We live upstairs (entirely separate space), and lead a quiet, peaceful life. We're asking $1500 for a month, pro rata for a short stay. There's a small additional charge for 3 or more people. Utilities included in the price and include internet and Netflix on the 43" smart TV. The space can accommodate one person, a couple or two friends (we have a pull-out sofabed, if needed). We also provide a zone 6 parking permit.
