Available June 20 - Seeking CF to join spacious, peaceful condo in the heart of Vienna!
The cost: Monthly rent is $710 (with one month's rent as deposit), and a 3-way split of all other expenses, including cable and wireless internet (usually no more than $100/month).
What would be yours: 1 BR and a shared BA. Your roomies: 2 fabulous, active, fun, caring, tidy, professional, stable Christian women in our 30's. We enjoy building peaceful community at home in the day-to-day and would love to welcome you!
What you would share: A quiet, 1500 sq ft, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath condo that has hardwood floors, modern appliances, large fireplace, private outdoor patio, dinning room, "real cooking" kitchen and living room perfect for entertaining friends. Communal areas are beautifully decorated and furnished. Two assigned parking spots are available, as well as lots of street parking in one of the safest parts of Northern Virginia (our police are pretty bored). Summer passes are also provided to the outdoor community pool!
Other particulars: The condo is in the heart of downtown Vienna, so you are within walking distance of Whole Foods, Giant, Fresh Market, Chipotle, Noodles, CVS, Walgreens, Anytime Fitness, the library, the post office, the W&OD running/biking path, the metrobus stop, and a ton of other amenities. For getting to work/school – it is all within 2 miles...the Metro (Vienna Stop/Orange line), 66, 495, Tysons Corner – and for those frequent travelers – only 20 minutes of back roads to Dulles. We also have a fantastic, caring landlady who looks forward to meeting you!
