Very safe neighborhood. Large open, quiet back yard.
2 on-site parking spaces shared by all tenants. Additional on-street parking exists.
Rooms available now. Rents vary depending on size of room.- Upstairs BR $665 (shares full bathtub/shower with 1 other tenant)
- Utilities not included are are split 5 ways (about $90 per month per person)
- Tenants share monthly Wi-Fi cost (FIOS)
- $200 non-refundable move-in fee (applies toward professional crew that does periodic house cleaning)
