Christian Women Looking for CF Roommate in Annandale, VA - $650!

Hello! We are three 20-something Christian women looking for a roommate to join our home. We live in a 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom townhouse in a lovely little neighborhood nestled right inside the beltway in Annandale (off of Little River Turnpike, a 10-minute drive from Falls Church, Tyson’s, Fairfax, and Dunn Loring Metro). 

You would have a private bedroom (approximately 12’x13’) and a private bathroom, as well as space in a shared storage closet. The townhouse is very spacious with two living rooms, a kitchen, a dining area, and a patio. Parking is free (!!!!); we have two reserved spots right in front of the house, and there is additional open parking on the street. During the summer we have free access to the community pool that is right across the street. We all love to run and spend time outdoors, and the townhouse is pretty close to a nature center and park with trails and tennis courts. Other things we enjoy: reading, baking/cooking, traveling, music, hanging out with friends. 

While we have varying schedules, we enjoy each other’s company and spend time together when we are all home. Our mission is to have a house culture that promotes support, community, accountability, encouragement, and hospitality among ourselves and others. Out of respect for each other, we share house chores and aim to keep our house clean. Above all, we want to live in grace to one another and live to honor our Savior in words, thoughts, and deeds. A couple of logistical details: Move-in ready! Flexible move-in, hopefully before the first weekend in February. Rent is $650 per month, plus utilities (which run about $75 a month) and a $10 house fund that covers consumables (TP, soap, light bulbs, tin foil, paper towels, etc.).

I’m a 26-year-old Christ-follower who’s looking for a new place with Christ-like community. I attend National Community Church (NCC), co-lead NCC Ballston’s prayer team, serve on the 300 Team (intercession), and I'm currently helping with NCC’s apologetics group called Alpha Online .

My budget is around $650-$850 per month (including utilities), and I’m looking to move in by July 1st. I’m also seeking a place that has excellent WiFi connectivity--it’s especially important these days. And I'm placing a premium on a proximity to the metro/walkability.

I'm an animated introvert (enneagram 9w1) who is devoted to loving God and people well. I value clean living, respect, hospitality, community, and stewardship. And I would love to live with other sisters-in-Christ who are more than roommates...who are friends.
