CF Room Available in 3 BR in Columbia Heights for $800/Month
We are 2 CFs looking for a 3rd roommate in a large apartment in DC. Furnished bedroom and shared bathroom. Available June 1!
About the room:
The room is about 8x10 with a large walk-in closet. It has a bed and dresser in it from our previous roommate but if you have your own furniture, we are happy to move these pieces out. The room does not have its own window so it's great for those who are sensitive to light. Rent is $800 a month, which includes utilites. The bathroom is shared by 1 other person.
About the apartment:
This is a large 3 bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor of a 5-story building. We are walking distance to both the Columbia Heights and Petworth metro stations. Our living space is very big and great for entertaining friends (post-COVID,of course). The landlord is the sweetest man ever and very accommodating. He even built a nice patio out back for all of the tenants to share!
About us:
We are 2 spunky Christian ladies, Amanda + Coleen, who attend NCC's Lincoln Theater campus. We met each other in college studying architecture + design and have lived together for going on 5 years (crazy!) but we love inviting new people in. We both love coffee, dancing, good music, good wine, and Jesus. Coleen works as an Interior Designer at a commercial architecture firm and Amanda is Creative Lead at a non-profit. We keep the common spaces fairly clean and like to add our own touches to make it feel like home (Coleen has lots of pillows + blankets, Amanda has lots of plants and candles).
We know this is a strange time to move and we want to work with you as much as we can to make your transition safe and comfortable!
