$950 summer sublet in Eastern Market

We are looking for a CF to sublet the 4th bedroom in our 4 bedroom town home just two blocks from the Eastern Market Metro, Trader Joes, Barracks Row, shops and restaurant. The house is two stories, with an updated kitchen, 2.5 bathrooms, an in unit washer and dryer and small back patio. Rent will be $950 and we are looking to sublet early June through July/August - and are flexible on timing.
