Hello, this is a 1900 square foot 3 bedroom / 3.5 bath three-level townhouse in the Penrose neighborhood of Arlington. Includes a full kitchen, dining room, living room with a fireplace, in unit washer/dryer. The unit also has a nice patio in back for grilling. Hardwood floors throughout. Central heating and A/C. Two designated parking spaces in front of the house.
The location is extremely convenient to downtown DC (10 minute drive without traffic) and to Arlington's urban centers (5 minutes). Within a few blocks there is a gym, CVS, farmers' market, and numerous other restaurants and bars. The Giant supermarket is just a 2min walk away. The neighborhood is very safe.
