2 units: 1 with a male roommate and 1 with a female roommate. $950 per month, and $200 for bills each month. Must sign at least a 1 year lease. 1 mile walk to McLean metro – about 16 minutes. 16 min walk to bus to NYC; Shed for bikes. Damage deposit is 1 month rent. Background check is $35.

Professional roommate and very quiet.  Private room with shared kitchen, living room, and bathroom. Bathroom shared with only 1 other person. Includes washer and dryer.
