Furnished bedroom for CF in June / July
I have a bedroom and bath coming available in my townhouse in Alexandria starting in June. The bedroom can be either furnished or empty. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly, with lots of families with kids and pets. Parking, Internet and HOA is included in rent; gas and electric is separate and runs about $25/month and $40/month, respectively. Available for either short-term sublet or long-term lease.
I am a working professional in my early 30s, active in my church and a neat freak. I like to host friends for get-togethers. I'm an early-to-bed, early-to-riser and do my best to slip out of the house quietly in the mornings.
