Room for CF in Arlington Townhouse. Available May 1- Aug 3 ($600/mo + utilities)
Looking for young professional CF, to sublease a room in a shared 4BR 3.5BA townhouse in Shirlington.
The available room is a 2nd floor corner bedroom with two windows offering plenty of natural light. It has a built in closet, and fits a twin bed and an organizer shelf, as you can see in the picture. The room can stay furnished if needed! Looking for summer interns or those looking for short-term housing, as current lease ends on August 3, 2020. You have the option to sign a new lease with the landlord around mid-July if you wish to stay longer. You will be sharing a bathroom with one another CF.
The house features hardwood floors, full kitchen on the main level with appliances, fully furnished open living and dining rooms, in-unit W/D, and a patio in the back. Utilities (electricity + internet) run about $50-60 for each person. You will be sharing the house with 3 other CFs and a medium-sized dog. There is access to community pool in the summer and tennis court year-round, though it is currently closed to discourage social gathering. The Four Mile Run Trail and creek run right by the townhouse. There is access to bus that takes to Pentagon metro, plenty of parking and close to shops and restaurants.
