We have 3 open rooms for Females to share in 5 BR, 3.5 Bath Townhouse in Arlington (2 other Females already live in the house)
Very safe neighborhood. Large open, quiet back yard.
Rooms available in May.
Rents vary depending on size of room.
- Large Master Bedroom with Full Bath $875
- Two other rooms that share bathroom $665 and $730
- Utilities not included are are split 5 ways (about $90 per month per person)
- $200 non-refundable move-in fee (applies toward professional crew that does periodic house cleaning)
