Summer sublet in Eastern Market

We are looking for a CF to sublet a large room in our Eastern Market town house for the summer (Mid May through July or August). Rent is $800 and we are flexible on the time frame.The house is 3 blocks from the Eastern Market Metro (Blue/Orange/Silver), Trader Joes and restaurants and shops on Barracks Row. The house is bright with lots of windows, three porches, a basement and updated kitchen. The house is 3 bedrooms, with a converted dining room as the 4th bedroom -- which is the room we would ideally sublet. It is large with a private entrance onto the back porch.
