Three bedrooms in Fairfax townhouse available for Christian community

I have a townhouse in Fairfax near George Mason and VRE stop with three available bedrooms that I am hoping to make a space for Christian community. I do not live there, but I go to NCC. It is about 20 minutes away from the PY campus, Ballston campus, and Kingstown campus. 

One room is a master bedroom, the other two share a bathroom. Plenty of open, shared space on the main floor. Combined rent would be negotiable, but around $2,000 for all three rooms. Please let me know if you have any questions or want pictures.
