Married Couple Seeking Apartment with June Move-In

Hello! My husband and I are seeking a 1 bedroom apartment/nice English basement to rent in DC, Alexandria, or Arlington starting sometime in June. Our max budget is $2150 and we have two cats.

Preferences:
-Walking distance to metro
-DC location: NW quadrant/Capitol Hill/Navy Yard
-In-unit laundry (not shared)
