1BR available in a 4BR 3.5BA Townhouse near Shirlington Village. Access to bus that takes to Pentagon metro, plenty of parking and close to shops and restaurants.
The available room is a 2nd floor corner bedroom with two windows offering plenty of natural light. It is about 8 by 8, fits a twin bed and an organizer shelf. The room can stay furnished if needed for summer interns or those looking for short-term housing. You will be sharing a bathroom with one another CF. For pictures, see here.
The house features hardwood floors, full kitchen on the main level with appliances, fully furnished open living and dining rooms, in-unit W/D, and a patio in the back. Utilities (electricity + internet) run about $50-60 for each person depending on the season. You will be sharing the house with 3 other CFs and a medium-sized dog. There is access to community pool in the summer and tennis court year-round, though it is currently closed to discourage social gathering. The Four Mile Run Trail and creek run right by the townhouse.
