Cute, small row house in downtown Vienna near WO&D trail, restaurants, and whole foods. It is less than a 10 minute drive to Vienna Metro. The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths & 2 half baths. Shared kitchen, living, dining, and laundry space. Good storage space in laundry room!
The available room is approx 9ft x 9ft, has a window, and is upstairs. Rent is $405/mo + utilities (varies by season and billing cycle, ranges from $60-150/person). The room is available from April 1 - September 1, 2020.
We love hosting our friends for game nights, movie nights, or Bible studies. We're a good mix of introverts and extroverts, night owls and early birds. Whoever you are, you'll likely fit in just fine! Recommended that you like, or at least are not allergic to, dogs as we have one, small dog! We are looking into adopting a medium sized dog within the next month. Luna, our current dog is very sweet and very low-maintenance. You are welcome to hang out with her as much as you want. You wouldn't be responsible for feeding, walking, or even hanging out with Luna if you would choose not to.
