Capitol Hill Rowhouse Immediately Available for CF

Hi all!

Looking to fill one bedroom in a rowhouse on the Hill, only three blocks from the Capitol.  The room is $1,195 plus utilities.  The room is available for rent immediately.

The house is a 4-bedroom rowhouse on Captiol Hill and is located on 4th and D Street, only a couple blocks from Pennsylvania Avenue.  The room that is available is a light-filled room with several windows and a decorative fireplace.  The house has a large living room, two bathrooms, a sunroom, and a newly landscaped and spacious backyard with a grill and firepit.  

The house is steps away from restaurants, shops, and a quick walk to the Library of Congress and the Capitol. It is also a 10-15 minute walk from Navy Yard.
