Private Bedroom of townhome in Fair Lakes (Fairfax, VA) within walking distance to TONS of major shopping stores (Target, Walmart, Whole Foods, etc.). Close to all major highways: 66, 286, 50, and 28.

BEDROOM: You will have your own private bedroom (unfurnished) and shared upstairs bathroom. All living spaces are shared (HUGE kitchen, finished basement, huge living/dining room, outdoor patio).

BATHROOM: shared upstairs bathroom. There is a half-bath in the middle floor and a full bathroom in the basement.

PARKING: TONS of street parking, TONS of visitor parking, and a two-car garage/driveway.

RENTAL LEASE: 7/1/2020-6/30/2021. Full-year lease. Must be prepared to pass credit check. $750 security deposit required at signing. Must be prepared to present confirmation of renter’s insurance.

Please no smoking, pets, drug use, alcohol abuse, or overnight guests (except for family) and we will kindly do the same.
