Private Furnished Apartment available on Capitol Hill. Includes an office and outdoor area.
On Capitol Hill, our beautiful, spacious English basement is a comfortable, convenient space. It's very spacious, fully furnished, including a bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, living room, and office space. The space has a private, separate entrance with keypad--ideal for your own privacy, and health. Normally, we rent this as an Airbnb; we're SuperHosts, and get great ratings, noting the cleanliness, location, quiet and peaceful setting. However, with the COVID situation, we've had tons of cancellations. So, our place is open until late-May, possibly longer.
We live upstairs (entirely separate space), and lead a quiet, peaceful life. We're asking $50/night; $1300 for a month. Utilities included. The space can accommodate one person, a couple or two friends (we have a pull-out sofabed, if needed).
For pics and more info, you're welcome to look at our Airbnb listing, but can reply directly through the NCC platform to us if you're interested: https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/28869341?s=67&sharer_id=19628998&unique_share_id=7a363201-37d5-4c27-b4ab-8e8b03ff6f63

Would you at all consider a long-term renter for this space?
