We are looking for one female to fill one of the rooms in our basement apartment! We live in a beautiful house in Fort Washington, MD, right off of 210, 5 minutes from I-95/295.
We are looking for one female to fill one of the rooms in our basement apartment! We live in a beautiful house in Fort Washington, MD, right off of 210, 5 minutes from I-95/295.
My husband and I live upstairs and we have one housemate in our two bedroom basement apartment. The basement apartment has a huge shared living room and bathroom, as well as two bedrooms (one for rent). The basement apartment also has a separate entrance. The basement is shared with one other woman. The kitchen is upstairs and shared with my husband and me.
We are all 30 somethings and are hoping to rent this room out to a fun and sweet person!
This room can also be furnished and the living space is already furnished!
