One bedroom in charming rowhouse on Capitol Hill available immediately for Christian female

Hi all!

Looking to fill one bedroom in a rowhouse on the Hill, only three blocks from the Capitol.  The room is $1,195 plus utilities.  I am hoping to move out as soon as possible, so the move-in date is flexible. Feel free to contact me for more pictures of the house and the room!

The house is steps away from restaurants, shops, and a quick walk to the Library of Congress and the Capitol. It is also a 10-15 minute walk from Navy Yard. The house has a nice backyard; great for relaxing and spending time with friends.
