Seeking CF for lovely Capitol Hill room — $785/month — move in ASAP
We’re seeking a female roommate for our lovely Capitol Hill row house! It’s located a few blocks from Stanton Park, a 10-15 min walk from H St. and Union Station (red line), and a 15-20 min walk from Eastern Market (blue line). We’re in a very friendly, residential area that’s a quick walk from restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops, bars, etc.
The 4-story house has 5 bedrooms, 3 full baths, a cozy kitchen, and fully furnished/decorated living and dining rooms.
The room available is on the top floor of the house and has two closets, two window seats, and gets lots of natural light. The full bathroom has charming features like a clawfoot tub and is shared with one other roommate.
The room is available ASAP! We have another room available as well right now, so if you’re looking to move in somewhere with a friend this could be a great fit!
