Looking for Female for $800/month room in Capitol Hill/H Street area home
We are looking for a fourth roommate in our lovely Capitol Hill/H Street area home. This $800/month room (plus utilities at ~$45/mo) fits one person comfortably and gets plenty of sunlight from the west-facing bay window. The house overall is 4BR/2BA with large shared living areas, renovated kitchen, second floor porch, spare room, backyard w/ private shed, and zone 6 parking. 1 mile from both Union Station and Eastern Market metro stations, and 2 blocks from H Street. Great neighborhood with a wonderful community around it. The available move-in date is March 29 and the lease is month-to-month.
We are a group of fun, responsible, Christian women in our twenties/early thirties. We are looking for someone able and willing to live well in community: responsible, considerate, and communicative. Additionally, we desire to maintain the prayerful, faith-grounded environment that we've established thus far, and to create a safe, inclusive space in our home.
