Opening for a CM in a 3 bedroom, 3 bath townhouse. Large room with full private bath. $950 plus internet & utilities which average ~$60 per person. Looking for a 6 month initial commitment. Kitchen and all bathrooms recently remodeled, wood fireplace, garage. Common areas (especially kitchen) are kept very clean, no pets. Lots of free street parking and 2 assigned parking spots. 1.5 miles from VA Square and Ballston metro stops. Bus stop directly in front of the house. Directly across the street from Thomas Jefferson Community & Fitness Center w/ lighted basketball, tennis, soccer fields. 2 other housemates, both young professional CM. (room not furnished)
