One bedroom in a 2 BR / 1 BA unit on 15 and E NE is available starting Sunday, March 31, 2019. The condo has housed Hill interns, medical rotations, etc. for over 4 years and is perfect for someone needing a flexible month to month situation. Internet, water, gas is all included. Electricity is split 50/50 between bedrooms. Free parking pass available. A guy lives in the other bedroom so preference goes to other guys, but CF will also be considered.
About the room: $950, newly renovated, well-lit space with full sized bed, dresser, book shelf, fan, ac/heat, closet.
Common area: newly renovated kitchen, washer/dryer in unit, 50in 4k smart tv, couch, dining table, utensils, cookware, etc.
