Ballston 1/1 in 2/2 Apartment $1250

Looking for a roommate to renew a 15-month lease with. Open to signing a shorter lease but it does increase the rate. The apartment is called The Madison at Ballston and is a 15 minute walk from the Ballston and Virginia Square metros. Your half of the rent would be $1250 and utilities are max $150/month. The building has great amenities and the apartment is at the corner with great views of the park. I work a 9-5 in Ballston and enjoy working out and traveling. I would love to have a clean and fun roommate! Please contact me with any other questions. The new lease will start May 1st but will need to sign by March 1st.
