I am 24yrs old and and want to start living in the city. I work downtown and love DC, so would like to make it my home. 
Max rent I can pay is $800 (utilities included). 
Must have parking. 
About me: Clean/organized, respectful, love to workout, big music guy, prefer chicken to steak with my chipotle order...
