Hi! We are a Christian family looking for two Christian females to live in our cozy basement apartment in Cherrydale. 15-minute walk to Ballston metro or pick up a shuttle bus that comes to our door! It has a separate entrance, kitchenette, full bathroom, laundry, living/dining room, and two bedrooms. One bedroom is 100% private and the other is 90% private (a curtain in place of a door - so we knock $100 off the rent). Utilities run around $70/month. Lease length is flexible.
