Room Available on U Street for CF
Hi all!
I’m looking for someone to take over my room / lease in my sunny U Street 2 bed / 1 bath rowhouse unit.
Specifics: rent is $1275, plus $50-$100 for utilities. The current lease runs until mid-August; open to both people who’d like to take over the lease or just to sublet until then. Can move in as early as late February!
About the apartment: it’s a fully furnished apartment, complete with an in-unit washer and dryer, a tv in the living room with all the channels you can think of, plus Hulu, Netflix, Disney+, etc! Also includes a fully-stocked kitchen with a roommate who is always happy to share spices and cookware. Also succulents — lots of little succulents.
