Private Room in CF Group House [Woodley Park]
What: Private Room in 3-story row house with 6 other Christian women, large shared bathroom with 1 other roommate. The room is on the 3rd floor and has a multi-level closet. The room also has a bed, dresser and entertainment system that can be purchased.
Where: The idyllic, tree-lined 2600 block of Woodley Pl NW, one block from the Woodley Park/Adams Morgan metro and multiple bus lines. Walking distance to Adams Morgan, Dupont Circle, Mt. Pleasant, Columbia Heights and Cleveland Park.
When: March 1st – can be flexible on timing either before or after 3/1
Cost: $1,080 + utilities (~ $90/month)
House Details: The house has 5 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, 1st & 2nd floor porches, 2 fireplaces, washer/dryer, central AC and hardwood floors throughout. We are a communal home in that we expect everyone to carry their weight with household chores and house dinners (we rotate cooking dinner for the house Mon-Thurs), but are also there for each other through life. As a household of 20-something women, we all have busy schedules but will still relax together in our living room around the TV and food. We are a generally quiet house that enjoys each other’s company, but also likes to tuck away in our rooms for alone time as well.
