Small Basement Apartment for married couple or 2 CF's near Ballston Flexible Lease ($850/$750)

We are a Christian family renting out the lower level of our home in Cherrydale. The apartment has two bedrooms - one private and one semi-private, a kitchenette, small living/dining room, and a separate entrance. One room is available now, and the other will be open March 1st. Happy to rent separately, to two friends, or a small family. Utilities run no more than $70.
