$800 Private Room for Christian Guys (CM)/ Right Next to Blue/Silver Metro

I just bought a place in D.C. and I have two rooms to rent out. One is with a shared bathroom ($800) and the other has it's own private bathroom ($900) plus utilities. Brand new place with stainless steel and all the works. It is .4 miles or just a 8minute walk to the Capitol Heights Metro Stop (Blue and Silver lines!).
